Convoys Wharf is a key area of riverside in the London Borough of Lewisham, with the potential to attract huge investment to help regenerate the wider Deptford area.
The site has an area of approximately 40 acres (16.2 hectares) of largely unused land and is located on the south bank of the Thames, just 2km south of Canary Wharf and 1km west of Greenwich.

The site is home to a listed building and important reminder of the site’s industrial heritage, the Olympia Warehouse, which will be restored as part of the proposals to create a new cultural and community hub for the area.
